Trump’s Approval Unlocks Millions of Dollars for Recovery Efforts

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO) released the following statement applauding President Trump’s approval of federal disaster aid from FEMA for the storms that hit St. Louis area communities in May:

“Thank you, President Trump! This critical assistance will help those affected by last month’s storm get back on their feet. We worked closely with the White House to expedite this process and ensure assistance reaches those who so desperately need it. Although this is just the beginning of the rebuilding process, I’m thankful for President Trump’s leadership and commitment to helping Missourians,” said Senator Eric Schmitt.
